Can I collect to save on delivery charges for purchases as well as hires?

Yes, of course. Please contact us before purchase so that we can make arrangements.

Is my deposit refundable?

Once all the items have been returned, we will the refund the deposit less any losses. If anything has not been returned then we shall notify you within 3 days and then you will have a further 5 days thereafter to return the items. If they are not returned or items are damaged then this is chargeable.

Can I come and view the items before hire/purchase?

Yes, this is not a problem. Please contact us view the contact form and we will be able to accomodate your request. 

What if I would like to cancel/change my order for hire?

You can make any alterations to your order up until 7 days of the date of hire.

Cancellation charges within 7 days of order are as follows:

  • Less than 7 days notice - 50% charge
  • Less than 48hrs notice - 100% charge

How long can I have the hire items for?

The prices of hire are based on 1-3 days or a weekend. Between 4-7 days the cost is 1.5 times the normal hire charge.
