Return Policy

Returns and Refunds

Cancellation of product can be made within 14 days of receipt of goods for full refund (excluding any extra amounts paid for express shipping). We must be notified within these 14 days by email/writing. The customer is then required to return the item to us within 14 days thereafter. Please be aware the goods must be unopened and unused. Once received by us then we shall issue a refund.

Please ensure all returnable items are adequately re-packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Returned items which have been damaged due to poor re-packaging will incur a repair fee.

Additional payment for express shipping is non-refundable. 

In the unlikely event your goods are received damaged, please email us at info@sunshinebbqs.com, within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. Any return shipping costs are to be paid initially by the buyer and will be refunded if the fault is confirmed by the manufacturer. An exchange will not be issued if the goods are not returned.

Faulty products that were purchased over 28 days will be replaced or repaired - we cannot issue refunds for products that were purchased more than 28 days ago.

Hog roast motors are provided with a 12 month warranty. This extended warranty does not apply to the gearing within the motor as these will only fail if meat has been inproperly loaded. 

Made to measure grills are none refundable as these are specific to individual customer requirements.
