Yes, of course. Please contact us before purchase so that we can make arrangements.


What is best to clean my BBQ?

The stubborn mess from a BBQ can be very difficult to clean. A soft wire brush can be useful once you have burnt off as much as possible. You can simply use warm soapy water, or if you're dealing with a stainless steel BBQ you can use a special detergent for stainless steel BBQ you can use a special detergent for stainless steel. Polish with a cloth. Remove the hot platesand use a sponge to clean the cooking surface with warm soapy water.


What if I would like to cancel/change my order for hire?

You can make any alterations to your order up until 7 days of the date of hire.

Cancellation charges within 7 days of order are as follows:

  • Less than 7 days notice - 50% charge
  • Less than 48hrs notice - 100% charge

 


How long can I have the hire items for?

The prices of hire are based on 1-3 days or a weekend. Between 4-7 days the cost is 1.5 times the normal hire charge.
